ELC Instructors are hired on the basis of an interview and trial classes. In the interview the applicant is assessed on few criteria:
- Knowledge and Performance on the subject they want to teach
- Honesty and Integrity while teaching
- Confidence and humor in speech
- Love/passion for the desired subject and the act of teaching.
These areas are assessed by giving hypothetical scenarios and judging the teachers preferred response to those situations.
To ensure that the instructor is as good as his/her interview, we make them take trial classes. Only after receiving a positive response from the interviewer and the students alike the instructors are recruited to inspire ELC students.
